Training objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • apply appropriate techniques in administering sedation to patients,
  • recognize the different types of airways to manage access, and
  • acquire relevant training for competency in the sedation privilege.

Credentialing Requirements and CME Credit

Upon completion of this training module and test, you will be notified of your results. A satisfactory test score of 80% or higher will meet the requirements for physicians to perform Moderate/Procedural Sedation.
