Ivana Lukacova-Zib joined the faculty in 2007 as a clinical assistant professor in division of endocrinology and diabetes. Her education includes Third Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic and Communiqués University in Slovakia. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh, McKeesport and a fellowship in endocrinology and diabetes at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2006. She subsequently worked as an endocrinologist as a part of multispeciality group in North Dartmouth, Mass.

Dr. Lukacova-Zib is currently board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology and diabetes.
