"Lifespan cares about its employees. The success of Lifespan is due in part to its commitment in recognition of the importance and value of each employee. All of us are afforded the opportunity for maximum personal growth and professional development. Each employee is able to share in the growth and development of Lifespan, as well as the expression of each employee's constructive opinions and the rights of each employee to fair and equitable treatment.

"Employees of Lifespan are also encouraged to bring any issue of concern in the workplace to his or her immediate supervisor without fear of reprisal. Lifespan is like a puzzle, wherein every piece has its place. Excellent training, supportive management and being given the tools in which to perform at optimum level are all the reasons that the puzzle can be completed.

"Family life and work life is also manageable due to Lifespan's understanding of the real world. The availability of flexible earned time is a welcome benefit if you have a sick child or relative that requires your love and support. This "bonus" is so important to me and makes life a lot less stressful. Having to make a decision over a sick child/relative vs. work can be so difficult, but not with Lifespan. Flexibility in the workplace is essential for happy and healthy employees.

"Respect is what Lifespan shows its employees over and over. I wouldn't change any of these qualities that Lifespan possesses, as they are so rare to come by in corporate America.

"Thank you, Lifespan, for making my work and family life a harmonious one."
