Employee Resource Groups

The African-American/Black Employee Resource Group (AA/BERG), Hispanic/Latino employee resource group, Active Latinos at Lifespan (ALL), the Asian Employee Resource Group (AERG), the GLBT Employee Resource Group, and the Young Professionals Employee Resource Group (YPERG) were created to:

• promote employee development and advancement through workforce diversity;
• promote an increased awareness and visibility of diversity issues across Lifespan; and
• develop initiatives to retain and recruit a talented, diverse workforce.

All groups are open to all Lifespan employees, regardless of race or ethnic origin.
