Triple Layer Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
1 pkg. low-fat Mexican blend (or other blend) shredded cheese
1 regular-size jar salsa
Soften cream cheese and spread evenly on bottom of 8x8x2
inch baking dish. Pour jar of salsa on top slowly and spread out.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove and
add package of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10
minutes more.
