Healthy Serving:
Cucumber Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) package of reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 (.7 oz.) package of dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 package pumpernickle party bread
- 2 cucumbers
- Dill
Combine softened cream cheese with milk and mayonnaise; mix until soft. Add Italian dressing packet. Spread on pumpernickle bread. Add 1 slice cucumber. Sprinkle dill over entire sandwich. Enjoy!
