Healthy Serving:
Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz.) package of reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (.7 oz.) package of dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 package pumpernickle party bread
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Dill

Combine softened cream cheese with milk and mayonnaise; mix until soft. Add Italian dressing packet. Spread on pumpernickle bread. Add 1 slice cucumber. Sprinkle dill over entire sandwich. Enjoy!
