Healthy Serving:
Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
- cup tea
- 1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- teaspoon cayenne pepper
- cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili paste with garlic
Directions:
Combine tea, vinegar and soy sauce. Slowly add to peanut butter until
smooth and well blended. Add sesame oil and mix well. Add mayonnaise,
mustard, pepper and chili paste, mixing until smooth. Serve with grilled
chicken or as dressing for chicken salad. Sauce will keep for 2 weeks.
