Healthy Serving:
Maple Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 c chicken, cut up
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 c rice
In large saucepan put all ingredients except rice. Cover. Bring to boil
and simmer for 10 minutes. Add rice. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is
cooked.

- Sodium: 108 mg.
- Fat: 7 g
- Calories from fat: 22%
- Cholesterol: 111 mg.
