Healthy Serving:
Sweet & Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of apricot preserves
- 1 pkg. of onion soup mix
- 1 small bottle low-cal Catalina salad dressing
- 6 chicken breasts
(may be cut into bite-size pieces)
Mix first three ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread over
chicken evenly. Bake chicken at 350 degrees( for 30-40 minutes.

- Sodium: 618 mg.
- Fat: 4 g
- Calories from fat: 10%
- Cholesterol: 120 mg.
