Healthy Serving:
Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of apricot preserves
  • 1 pkg. of onion soup mix
  • 1 small bottle low-cal Catalina salad dressing
  • 6 chicken breasts
    (may be cut into bite-size pieces)

Mix first three ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread over chicken evenly. Bake chicken at 350 degrees( for 30-40 minutes.

  • Sodium: 618 mg.
  • Fat: 4 g
  • Calories from fat: 10%
  • Cholesterol: 120 mg.
