Healthy Serving:
Spicy Baked Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp. Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parsley or cilantro
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- angel hair pasta or rice
Directions:
Combine the olive oil seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, honey and soy
sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Preheat
oven to 450. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring once, about 7
to 10 minutes (no longer). serve over pasta or rice with French
bread.
