Healthy Serving:
W&S Chili Delight

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb. lean ground turkey
1 large green pepper (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic
1 can red kidney beans
1 can white kidney beans
1 can chick peas (garbanzo) beans
Spices:
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. chili pepper
2 beef boulion cubes
2 bay leaves
2 tbs. worcheshire sauce
½ tsp oregano
1 tsp. parsley flake
2-3 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tbs. tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. Fry ground turkey, green pepper, onion and garlic together
  2. Add 1 can tomato paste, 1 can ground tomato and then add spices.
  3. Last add drained red and white kidney beans, and chick peas.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 1 ½ hours.
  5. Dish into a bowl and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese as desired.
