Healthy Serving:
Hot Crab and Clam Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 can fancy white crabmeat
  • 1 can drained minced clams
  • 1 (8-ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
  • onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
  • ground black pepper
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mash cream cheese and mayonnaise and add remaining ingredients. Bake in a covered dish at 250 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with wafer crackers.
