Healthy Serving:
Hot Crab and Clam Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 can fancy white crabmeat
- 1 can drained minced clams
- 1 (8-ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
- onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
- ground black pepper
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Mash cream cheese and mayonnaise and add remaining ingredients. Bake in
a covered dish at 250 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with wafer crackers.
