Healthy Serving:
Crabmeat Pilaf
Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked

- 3/4 cup raw rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups tomatoes (1 pound can)
- 2/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Brown onion lightly in
margarine. Add remaining ingredients, except crabmeat. Heat, stirring until
cheese is melted. Add rice and crabmeat. Place in shallow casserole and
cover. Bake in preheated oven, 325, for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
