Healthy Serving:
Melon Duet Soup

Ingredients:

1 each cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, rough chop
1 each honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, rough chop
1 tsp. ginger, grated
2 tbsp. lime juice

Directions:

  1. Puree cantaloupe with half of the lime juice and ginger until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Puree honeydew with the remaining lime juice and ginger until smooth. Set aside.

  3. Chill separately until service.
