Healthy Serving:
Italian Rice Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. white rice
- 6 eggs
- 1 quart milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. vanilla

- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 c. sugar
- stick margarine
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
|
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on box. Add ingredients together. Bake for 1 hour
at 350 in greased, rectangular pan.
