Healthy Serving:
Shrimp Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 (4 ounce) can shrimp*
- 1 tablespoon reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- garlic powder seasoning, to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
Directions:
Rinse and drain shrimp, and break into tiny pieces while cream cheese
softens in a bowl. Beat cream cheese smooth in a medium bowl. Add ketchup
and mayonnaise, then shrimp. Mix well. Add garlic flavor to taste (or hot
sauce if you prefer a less delicate taste). Put mixture into a container.
Cover and refrigerate.
*1 can crabmeat can be substituted for shrimp.
