Healthy Serving:
Spicy Shrimp & Red Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic
- red pepper flakes
(can skip if you do not want it spicy)
- 4 oz. fresh or frozen, uncooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or plain tomatoes
Mince garlic. Heat oil on med/ low. Add garlic and heat 2-3 minutes.
You can remove garlic at this point.
Add red pepper flakes and stir in.
Add shrimp and stir into oil. Cook until shrimp are pink (about 3-4
minutes).
Add red sauce and heat through.
