The Lymphedema Program

The Comprehensive Cancer Center at Rhode Island, The Miriam and Newport Hospitals offers a multidisciplinary program for the diagnosis, treatment and management of lymphedema.

Our program
Patients attend one-hour comprehensive therapy sessions five days a week, for one to two weeks, tapering to three times per week for approximately two to three months. For an appointment with one of our therapists, contact your primary care provider for a referral.

Our staff is certified to measure for Jobst, Elvarex, Juzo and Circ-Aid products. We offer convenient on-site ordering of compression garments.
