Customer Service
What to Expect
When you arrive at the hospital, our registration/admitting
staff will ask you for your health insurance information. Please
provide your current information so your insurance company will
be billed correctly.
At the end of your visit, we will bill your insurance
company for the cost of the services you received. Once we receive
payment from your insurance company, we will bill you for any remaining
balance or for any services that were not covered by your insurance.
Please make your payment within 30 days of receiving your bill.
Paying a Co-payment
Payment for deductibles and/or co-payments should be made when
you are either admitted to or discharged from the hospital. Our
hospitals accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
Other Charges
Certain charges are not billed by the hospital and will not appear
on your hospital statement. These charges include:
- Fees from your personal physician
- Specialists who participate in your care
- Private duty nurses
You may receive separate bills for their services, often under
different names.
If you have any questions regarding your hospital bill, please
call the telephone number on your bill or contact one of our financial
counselors.
