    Directions and Parking

    Our Office
    We are located on the grounds of Rhode Island Hospital in a separate brick building in front of the main parking lot.

    We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    On Your First Visit
    Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete necessary paperwork. Please bring your medical records and a list of all your current medications.

    For our patients who do not speak English, please feel free to bring an interpreter or call ahead so that an interpreter may be arranged.

    Financial Assistance
    The clinic accepts all types of insurance. If you do not have insurance, you may speak to one of our financial advocates who will assist you. The number for a financial advocate is 401-444-7850. The financial advocate will work with you to obtain whatever coverage may be available or to assist with other payment options.

    Prescription Refills
    Please monitor your medication closely, as it may take up to 72 hours to refill a prescription. If you need a prescription refilled, have your pharmacy contact us.

    Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or change an appointment.

    Please call ahead if you are going to be late. We will make every attempt to see you but your appointment may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of your provider.
