Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs into hot spaghetti. form spaghetti into a "crust" in a 9 to 10 inch pie plate. Cook in microwave on high uncovered for 2 minutes. Fry ground beef and onion together and drain off grease. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic powder. Cook until sauce is bubbly (3 to 5 minutes). Spread cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti "crust." Fill pie with meat mixture. Cook in microwave on high covered 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through, giving dish turn after 3 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and microwave on high 1 minute.
