Combine the olive oil seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, honey and soy sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Preheat oven to 450. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring once, about 7 to 10 minutes (no longer). serve over pasta or rice with French bread
