  • Strawberry Fluff

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 pkg. (10 ½ oz) soft tofu, drained
    • 3 tbs. honey
    • 2½ cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed and drained

    Directions:

    • In blender or food processor, combine the tofu and honey.
    • Add strawberries ½ cup at a time. Allow some berries to remain in chunks.
    • Pour into stemmed glasses. Chill and serve.
