  • Strawberry Sorbet

  • Ingredients:

    • 2-lb. bag (4 cups) frozen sliced strawberries, cut in pieces
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced
    • 1 orange, juiced
    • 10 packets artificial sweetener
    • 1 cup low fat evaporated milk

    Finely chop strawberries in food processor. Gradually add the rest of ingredients and pulse for a few minutes until smooth, when completely blended, place in freezer to set for 1/2 to 1 hour. Do not freeze. Yields 12-15 servings (1/2 cup each)

    (Any frozen fruit or fruit combinations can be used. If fruit is pre-sweetened, do not add sugar substitute.)
