  • Sweet and Sour Chicken

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 jar of apricot preserves
    • 1 pkg. of onion soup mix
    • 1 small bottle low-cal Catalina salad dressing
    • 6 chicken breasts
      (may be cut into bite-size pieces)

    Mix first three ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread over chicken evenly. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
