HIV/AIDS is the leading cause of death in the world, with approximately 5.3 million new infections occurring each year. The Miriam Hospital employs world-renowned infectious disease physicians dedicated to help those with the disease live longer, fuller lives. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, up to date and compassionate care for all persons living with HIV.
The multidisciplinary practice involves clinical care as well a strong research component allowing for patients to have early access to promising new therapies through studies we perform here.
