Fogarty AIDS International Training and Research Program
Program Goals and Aims:
- Train and mentor foreign scientists in the conduct of ethically sound and scientifically rigorous laboratory, clinical and sociobehavioral research related to HIV/AIDS.
- Foster the development of a cadre of international site-specific scientists who can become competent independent researchers and can address critical issues facing their own countries’ HIV/AIDS epidemics.
