Important Visitor Information

To ensure the best possible care for our patients, we need to administer medications and conduct physical assessments around the clock. Oftentimes, we must wake patients to provide care; therefore it is important that patients rest and sleep whenever possible. It is sometimes in the patient’s best interest to shorten or reschedule a visit. We appreciate your understanding.
Visiting is restricted to immediate family. A maximum of two adults are permitted to visit a patient at a time. Please speak with a nurse before bringing children into the CCU, as children could be frightened by the equipment we use. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and visits should be kept brief. Sick children should not visit the CCU.
The CCU waiting area is located on the second floor, just outside the CCU entrance. The visitor bathroom is located directly across from the CCU waiting area. Other visitor bathrooms are located on the first floor near the gift shop. Please notify CCU staff before entering the unit. Dial 3-3550 from the CCU waiting area phone to speak with a nurse.
