Directions: Saute turkey in large skillet until just slightly pink. Add apple, salsa, and chick peas. Let simmer on low for approximately 5 minutes. Add chopped mint, basil and raisins. Let stand for 30 minutes. Stir in cheese and nuts. Cover the bottom of a pie pan or small casserole dish with two sheets of filo dough. Place filling in pan. Cover with additional 3 layers of filo dough; trim out side edges and tuck under. Bake at 350, uncovered, until golden. Serves 6.
