  • Vegetable Dip

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon dill weed
    • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
    • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions or onions


    Mix ingredients together and keep refrigerated. Cut vegetables for dipping (cucumbers, carrot sticks, celery sticks, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, green peppers, etc.) and serve.
