  • Yummy Mushrooms

  • Ingredients:

    • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 1 or more small onions, ringed
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp. dried parsley
    • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
    • 12 oz. mushroom caps


    Add to saucepan: vinegar, oil, onions, salt, parsley, mustard, sugar and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add mushroom caps. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl and chill.
