Once you have identified a position of interest, you may complete your applicant profile and apply online. 

Interviewing

If selected for an interview, you will be contacted and invited to partake in an interview process, which could include a skills assessment or interviews via phone, video or in-person. 

Offer

If you are the final candidate for a position, a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will contact you with an offer of employment. If you are not selected, a member of our team will notify you. 

Onboarding

Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of our onboarding process, which includes drug testing and clearance by Employee Health and Human Resources. You will be informed of the onboarding process details upon accepting a position.

COVID Vaccination Requirements

Lifespan has joined other healthcare leaders and systems around the country in requiring all employees, regardless of their role, to be vaccinated against COVID-19. In addition, the Rhode Island Department of Health has issued a regulation requiring all healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. All new hires must be fully vaccinated by their start date.
