It is located on the 7th floor of the Ambulatory Patient Center (APC) in the Neurology Outpatient Department at Rhode Island Hospital.

Clinic patients who have a scheduled Doctor’s appointment:

Take the elevators to the 7th floor.
Check in with Secretaries in Booth 1 or 2 when you arrive.

The center is located on the 7th floor of the APC.

If you are involved in a research study and have a research appointment:

Take the elevators to the 7th floor.

When you come off the elevators walk take a left down the first long hallway.

Check in at room 712 (half-way down the corridor on the left)

The Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Center (ADMDC) is composed of two integrated units.

Memory Disorders Clinic

  • This is where patients are seen for their regular clinical care.​

Memory Disorders Research Center

  • This is where patients participate in research study visits and
  • It's also the location of the administrative offices for the ADMDC personnel.

Each is located in the Ambulatory Patient Center (APC) on different floors.

Valet Parking is available. 
Please pull directly up to the front of the Ambulatory Patient Center if you have difficulty walking or prefer to use our Valet Parking services.

Upon entering the APC Building, take a right towards patient registration and another right towards the elevators.
