During the current COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle is an essential part of continued wellness. The dedicated staff at the Center for Weight and Wellness, through their multidisciplinary, comprehensive team approach, have produced several helpful videos to help guide and manage the real-life obstacles that people in our community may face as they continue to adapt to their new “normal.”
