Safe Kids Rhode Island

In 2008, the Injury Prevention Center at Rhode Island Hospital was designated as the lead agency of the Rhode Island Coalition of Safe Kids Worldwide.

Safe Kids Worldwide is a global nonprofit organization working to help prevent childhood injuries.

Safe Kids Rhode Island provides car seat checks both by appointment and at events held throughout the state and serves at the Rhode Island state training center for the National Standardized Child Passenger Safety Training Program.
