Mind Your Heart Study II
This study looks at whether mindfulness training improves medication adherence in adults with heart failure. This study is targeting cognitive function and interoceptive awareness to improve self-management in patients with co-morbid heart failure and mild cognitive impairment.
Patients who enroll in this study must:
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Have been diagnosed with heart failure.
- Sometimes forget to take their medications.
Participants may be compensated for their time.
