About the ClinTECH Center
The ClinTECH Center was established in part to help identify and understand diseases resulting from environmental exposures with a special focus on translating scientific evidence into prevention.
Our vision is to continue to be the premier intellectual hub and operational infrastructure for environmental health across Rhode Island and the communities we serve, as well as partners, collaborators, agencies, and stakeholders in the U.S. and globally. The Tech Center’s overarching goal is to foster innovation and interdisciplinary science, career development, and community partnerships.

Training
The ClinTECH Center’s Training Program provides junior faculty and fellowship level trainees with a mentored research apprenticeship integrated with the didactic training in conjunction with the Brown School of Public Health.
Seminars
The ClinTECH Center is proud to organize and support numerous seminars, conferences, book launches, and other special events to disseminate research, and partner with other educational institutions and community organizations.
Building Community
The ClinTECH Center collaborates on community-engaged research and outreach programs and shares a commitment to using science and educational outreach to improve health.
