COVID-19 Information for Patients at Lifespan Physician Group Primary Care

If you need care for COVID-19 or any other health concern, please call your primary care office or message your primary care team anytime on the MyChart App or MyLifespan web portal. The portal is the fastest way for us to respond to your needs.

If a caregiver/support person is required for your care, please discuss this with the office prior to arriving for your appointment. Only with office approval, may one person be allowed to accompany you. Otherwise, only patients will be allowed into the office.

Treatments for COVID-19 may be available. Your care team will help you know if you are eligible and if supplies are available. COVID-19 illness and/or exposure information is available at https://covid.ri.gov.

Vaccines and Boosters

We strongly recommend COVID-19 vaccines and booster doses for all who are eligible, including patients aged 12 or older. Protection from your initial COVID-19 vaccine series decreases over time, especially in people aged 65 or older. Testing

Testing for COVID-19 is essential to reduce spread. To arrange professional testing or learn about home self-testing, visit https://covid.ri.gov/testing. Your primary care team can also provide recommendations for testing.
