For More Information
Please contact the Lifespan School of Medical Imaging:
The Lifespan Radiologic Technology Program at Rhode Island Hospital offers an accredited certificate program in radiologic technology.
In collaboration with Rhode Island College, students who successfully complete the requirements of the certificate program will be eligible for a Bachelor of Science (BS) in medical imaging degree. The BS in Medical Imaging degree is a four-year program consisting of two years of general education and cognate (pre-clinical) courses taken at Rhode Island College followed by two years of clinical education through the Lifespan School of Medical Imaging.
Students who successfully complete the radiologic technology program are awarded a certificate from the School of Medical Imaging and are then eligible to sit for the national certification examination offered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
