Mat Pilates

Taking a Pilates class does not always involve intimidating machines. Mat Pilates is done on the floor using your body and an exercise mat.

Lauren has 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds certifications in HAWT Pilates, AFAA Group Exercise, SPINNING®, Ugi®, YogaFit®, and Bodyblade®.

Throughout this series, Lauren will lead you through low-impact exercises that tone, lengthening and strengthen your muscles, while being gentle on your joints. Pilates teaches breathing exercises that help to strengthen deep core muscles and promote good posture.
