Head and Neck Cancer Awareness

Head and neck cancer accounts for approximately four-percent of all cancers in the United States. An estimated 53,000 people will be diagnosed with head and neck cancers each year, with an estimated mortality rate of 10,800.

Treatments can be intense, involving combinations of surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy, and these patients often require assistance to help them complete treatments.

Paws for a Cause is raising awareness for this debilitating disease. Donations to Paws for a Cause will be used for patient assistance during and after treatment, as well as for research into improvement of care.
