Hands-Only CPR Training

The Lifespan Community Training Center in the Lifespan Community Health Institute will host a free, hands-only CPR course teaching lifesaving skills for emergencies involving adults, children, and infants.

Participants will:

• Learn how to perform hands-only CPR for an adult, child, and infant.
• Practice performing compressions.
• Learn about an AED.
• Learn how to help a choking victim.

This is not a certified course.

Sign up is required in advance. Space will be limited for this event.
