The Women's Medicine Collaborative will present a healthy living series on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from September 26 and 27 to November 14 and 15. These interactive sessions include discussions about healthy living, nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management. All sessions will take place on the second floor of the Women's Medicine Collaborative in suite 11C.
Morning session: Tuesdays, 9 to 11:30 a.m. – September 26 to November 14
Evening session: Wednesdays, 6 to 8:30 p.m. – September 27 to November 15
There will be one session per week for eight weeks. Both groups will meet together on Saturday, November 4 for an all-day wellness retreat. The courses will be free for Lifespan employees and patients of the Women’s Medicine Collaborative.
