The Women's Medicine Collaborative and the Lifestyle Medicine Center will present "Healthy Thoughts, Healthy Habits," a program designed to change your thoughts to change your lifestyle. Do you set goals for yourself and get frustrated when you don't meet them? Are you tired of not making the changes that you desire regarding nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle choices? Join Julie Friend, LICSW to learn how your thoughts directly influence your behavior and develop strategies to create sustainable changes to meet your personal goals.
The program consists of weekly sessions. The first session will be two hours on Tuesday, October 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. The group will then meet for nine weeks (October 17 through December 12) on Tuesdays, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
The cost of the program is $120 and parking will be free.
