Join Julie Friend, LICSW, of the Women's Medicine Collaborative for “Healthy Thoughts – Healthy Habits” to learn how your thoughts directly influence behavior and then develop strategies to create sustainable changes to meet personal goals. The program starts with a required orientation on Feb. 27 and then continues through May 15. Weekly 90-minute sessions are held each Monday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Women's Medicine Collaborative, 2nd floor, Suite 11-C in the Group Room. There is no session on April 10. The cost for this program is $120. Parking is free.
