Indoor Community Walking Program

This program is for people who would like to begin an indoor walking program in a safe environment and with trained leaders. Participants can develop a walking plan that meets their needs, receive help to stay motivated and manage symptoms, and learn to walk safely. Participants must be able to tolerate up to ten minutes of standing. This group meets weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Hill Courtyard on the first floor. Free.
