Remote Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

The Lifestyle Medicine Center will host a remote mindfulness-based stress reduction course on Zoom every Thursday from September 16 to November 4.
A mandatory orientation class via Zoom will be held on Thursday, September 9, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
A full-day class will be held on Sunday, October 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Speaker
Stephanie Gove, NBC-HWC, a national board certified health and wellness coach, qualified MBSR instructor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness and certified MB-BP instructor at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University will present this course.

Registration will be open until Wednesday, September 8.
