Are you interested in leading a healthier life but don’t know where to start? The Healthy Living Course at the Women’s Medicine Collaborative can help! During this FREE, eight-week course for women, you will receive tips, guidance and support for improving your lifestyle. Class topics include how to eat healthy, get active, sleep better, manage stress and more. Choose either Tuesday mornings 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. or Wednesday evenings 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Classes run from April 25th to June 13th, 2017. Registration is required.
