Spring Into Health Free 8-Week Course (Wednesdays)
Are you interested in leading a healthier life but don’t know where to start? The Healthy Living Course at the Women’s Medicine Collaborative can help! During this FREE, eight-week course for women, you will receive tips, guidance and support for improving your lifestyle. Class topics include how to eat healthy, get active, sleep better, manage stress and more. Choose either Wednesday evenings 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. or Tuesday mornings 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. Classes run from April 26th to June 14th, 2017. Registration is required.
