Giving Thanks

Lifespan Blog Team

Gratitude can do amazing things.

As we sit down to a Thanksgiving feast with family and friends, it’s the perfect time to reflect on all those things in our lives we are fortunate to have. From our special relationships to wondrous moments that often go unnoticed -- the inexplicable colors of a sunset, a child’s smile, a gathering of friends, a home to go to after a long day -- these are the things in life to savor.

Appreciating what makes up our lives can make us happier and healthier!

So let’s be grateful for all that we have, and take a moment to think of those who are not as fortunate. As we begin the holiday season, let’s also remember it’s the season of giving, and the perfect time to support those in need.

All of us here at Lifespan want to wish all of you a very happy Thanksgiving.
